stuff i think

after my last post, things really went south....

Not only did I lose certain functions on the iBook, the next time I booted up, all I got was a gray screen, a file folder icon alternating with a question mark. Booting up off the cd, it took me to the blue screen with the spinning wheel of fortune and stayed there....reluctantly, I called customer support.

The nice lady on the phone tried to talk me through some troubleshooting things - I know, it's her job - but finally arrived at the realization that I, in fact, did have a problem. They're sending a box for it....

It's Meeting-O-Rama today...guess I'll be taking notes on the back of my sleeve.
