Random Thinkage
- I was approached by someone from the Cincinnati Vineyard about writing a devotional for their fall series. Apparently it all gets complied in a book. It was great to be asked. I wrote and rewrote my first effort but it kept coming off as harsh so I ripped off a blog post of mine that I had ripped off earlier from my Moleskine which goes to show that if you write enough, something useful will come out of it.
- I am now a member of facebook and I have little to no understanding of what that really means. I do find it interesting that I am a friend of a friend of Steven Levy. Maybe I'll see him around the web or something.
- Jason Wenth can build anything, including office cubbies, much to Sarah "Spunky" Kim's delight.
- The prayer room moved to FSM for the next ten days and I for one am loving the space. The 6am was VERY good. Probably had a little to do with the extra five minute drive that allowed me to finish my coffee. I think we need to move a little further from the prayer room.
- We will do more Omega Intensives on the road between now and the end of the year than we have done in the past two years cumulative. I have no explanation for this, but here we come Siloam Springs. Traverse City. Cincinnati. Sioux Falls. and Reading, PA. (although we're sending someone else to Reading...)

Who's coming to Reading and when? Your PA readers are curious - at least this one is!
You can't make it to Reading for retroman??? Bummer. I'll probably endorse this anyhow if you keep me posted! Remember the Cheesesteak Challenge! CBB
For my unbiased opinion, although Starbucks is good coffee, you'll have come to get some from the source. Nicaraguan specialty coffee, three dollars a pound, fresh and the best in the world. Makes getting up worth it, even if you've got to be up and at 'em at 6 am or before and beats a 9 cents raise at Starbucks.
Then again you'll have to take a lot of it back to make it worth the trip, unless you come for other reasons too. Come on down.
Let the reader understand -- the Starbucks price increase will not substantially affect the Bohlender budget. I don't even buy the Starbucks beans at Costco. We go for the Kirkland brand. At the rate we grind beans in this house, we have to buy it 3 lbs at a time!
I am with ya on the FSM comment! I'm loving it too!
Although, "they" discovered our joy for really spreading out and now we have the nice little curtains boxing us in a bit. No worries.... we still have plenty of space and no bright lights. However, the lack of electrical outlets is a bummer....
Rutledges....send Nicaraguan for a full review....
Give me an address and I'll send you a pound, or according to your wife's statement, maybe I'd have to send 3 lbs.
