Without getting into the gory details, I have gone forth into the into the arena and done battle. As of 9:15am, I have found victory over Death, Hell and the Bank.
You know the bank is whacked when they suggested you fax a form in and give you a 1-900 number to fax it to. Oh that I was joking.....but I'm not.

No, not Valley View. Bank of America, who has kept me happy as a clam for years. This was my first hiccup with them, and to their credit, after thinking about it for the weekend, they suddenly "found a way...".
