FINDING MY RELIGION / Ken Shuman is 'The Poker-Playing Pastor': "I've been taught all my life that Jesus is the only way, OK? I don't want to say -- and I hope that you won't misinterpret this at all -- I don't want to say that I still believe that, and I don't want to say that I don't believe that."
He's afraid of being misinterpreted? Hmmmmm. I think he covered all his bases.
Ken, I don't care if you play poker or kick back a brew. Just figure out what the heck you believe about the basics and say it like man.

That, my friend, is the bottom end of the slick slope where all the slick is. Max G's to plop one into the pit of fire. (of course, Ken will tell you that doesn't exist amid screams of, "Ouch, that really burns!").
BTW
Pray for Israel..
When are people going to realize that having a beer doesn't mean you aren't a Christian? The underlying theme... self control. There is nothing wrong with one drink... that doesn't mean we are going to hell. Heck I was praying with friends the other way and he was so into it he swore... and we started laughing... because well honestly no other word really could sum it up as succintly as that. Religion has to gasp at a beer or an accidental slip. Relationship doesn't even react.
I know who I am. I am loved. I am his. I like beer.
Ronni, I think you might have missed the point.
Probably. Wouldn't be the first time.
*pokes self in head*
I need a nap.
