From the Lexington paper, regarding Icthus:

"Got Rain?" asked a red number from Southside Christian Church in Versailles, and "Ichthus 2004: The Year of Perfect Weather" read the one from Woodford Community Christian Church.
Both shirts were printed up more than a week before the festival and meant to poke fun at the event's traditionally lousy weather.
"I didn't know it would be this bad," said Woodford youth pastor David Jones.
On a more serious note, yesterday afternoon, Mike Bickle, director of the International House of Prayer in Kansas City, told the crowd that God had told him in a dream that he had "rained on their parade," and that the weekend's weather was a "prophetic sign, a symbol" of how God is going to shake up the church in America. The church, he said, "is more connected to MTV than fasting and prayer."
