Tom experienced a major ice-induced headache in our team meeting. It wasn't clear in the meeting, but I presume this happened because they do not have ice in the UK.
I decided to photodocument the event for the benefit of medical research.

At first glance I was sure this was Lou. I have several photos of him that look just like this one.
