Axiom Ammendment

You know the old saying "A watched pot never boils"? Well, I've got a variation for you:

"If you set on a pot of tea and go back to grab your socks and shoes but don't realize you've put the pot on the back burner when you've turned on the front burner....man, that pot never boils either."

Don't ask how I know that.
