stuff i think

an apple saga...

earlier this week I lost the third logic board in my G3 iBook...since January. I also lost a harddrive in between there somewhere.

Yesterday, after teaching at the conference I took it into the Apple store, where in ten minutes they determined that they needed to replace it...not the logic board; the whole computer. The extra cool thing is that they're replacing it with the new model - a G4, with more memory, an airport extreme card, and a dvd drive that I didn't have before. Gotta love it....props to Jim at Apple!
