I am a big fan of Tom. :)

Every Thursday, I meet with a group of seven or eight guys at a friends' house for breakfast. We take turns making breakfast for one another and then spend an extended time digging into each others' lives. When everyone got there this morning, the talk turned to fitness and the Body for Life program.

The obvious question from everyone was "Does this thing work?!?!" which allowed me an opportunity to open my iBook and show them Tom's before and after pictures (follow the Fitness links). They were astonished...several guys asked "Is that real?" Everyone said "We need to do this!"

Then Allen made us bacon, grits, and biscuits and gravy for breakfast.
We suffer from a conspicous disconnect between will and execution....
