"1 star. There's no point in sugarcoating it. 'Matrix Revolutions' is an unmitigated disaster. Clearly, millions of dollars have been thrown at the screen, but no amount of high-tech grandstanding can disguise the awfulness of this film. It is so bereft of plot and personality that one can hardly bear to mention it in the same sentence with the original 'Matrix.'...
A movie like this is what happens when filmmakers (in this case the Wachowski Brothers) are told so often they're geniuses."
