stuff i think

The boys had 2 days off school last week due to wide-spread illness in the student body (bodies). It's back to the hamster wheel this morning. This all meant me getting back to my regular schedule as well - which means the only time for some prayer and meditation exists WAY early. It's worth it. I'm not sure if I'm just more tuned in or if there are fewer people hogging the spiritual bandwidth, but God sure seems closer over a bagel and coffee at 5:15 AM than he does merging onto I-275 at 7:10. Sometimes I have to remind myself, "He's here...I just talked to Him this morning."
