Dance! Dance! Revolution Extreme

Today was a blast. In addition to the waterpark, and thanks to an enterprising 9 year old boy with a penchant for collecting coupons, we accumulated approximately 1.4 billion tokens for use at the arcade. The little guys played SkeeBall and other ticket-barfing games. Jackson and I raced stockcars head to head (and I schooled him 2 out of 3). It was Kelsey who shocked us all....

She found this...uh, game? Activity? Video Dance Marathon thingy? It was called - I am not making this up - Dance! Dance! Revolution Extreme.

With the exception of a couple of song titles, Dance! Dance! Revolution Extreme composed all of the English words on the machine. Everything else was in Japanese, including the instructions. It made no difference to Kelsey. She gots the music in her.

Incedentally, I think the translation of Dance! Dance! Revolution Extreme sounds like it belongs on Engrish.com.

Whatever the case, my dear wife was bustin' a move, proving that even a decade as a licensed Assemblies of God minister cannot squeegee the boogie out of someone if it's down deep in their heart.
